Wanted: Domain Appraisal studenthub.co.uk

I was searching for random domains when I discovered that this domain name (studenthub.co.uk) was not registered . I couldn't resist the opportunity so I registered it. How much do people think that it might be worth?

From my research I know that the domain was registered up to a couple of weeks ago and I've found evidence of it in 2005.

As someone who works in the student niche, I like it. I can see it being worth £100+.

It does have some brandability and I think it's a quite reasonable domain. I still only see modest value in the name though.

I'm afraid to say I think it has little value too. To the right buyer a chance of low £xxx maybe..

Seems like the only .uk domains with any value at the moment are premium one/two worders or LLL/LL.co.uk... Brandables have literally no value in .co.uk at the moment. I own many brandables myself, some that in .com would be worth low to mid $x,xxx but in .co.uk I can't even flog for £50... (DatingLine for example).
