Start a conversation Ease (otherwise known as PM)

It has come up many times, until you know how to do it its not intuitive/easy enough to find.

I just enabled a feature so that you can see 'start a conversation' under the avatar of all members (on the left of a post).

I enabled a feature whereby it quotes that specific post too. Not sure if thats desirable or you just prefer a blank conversation subject with no post quote?
