I'm looking to sell a fully automated website, selling products through a custom built Amazon API affiliate script.

The URL is a keyword searched (no special characters or hyphens) upon more than 18,000 times (Exact) in Google per month.

It's relatively new (so no revenue) but already it's on the first page of Google search results for this keyword, and is also already in 2nd position on Yahoo.

The products it promotes are high end products and typical commission on each sale would be between £20-£40. Multiply this by the number of searches per month and the site could be earning £x,xxx per month.

Add a bit of additional content and more off-site SEO (some articles already submitted to ezinearticles.com just awaiting review) and someone could really capatlise on the Google position as it stands (got to stop talking now as I am talking myself out of selling this one

)

The industry is sports and fitness.

I'm looking for around £600 for this website and it's a reluctant sale too.

Replied to a load of PMs on this - I think I've answered everyone now but anyone I have missed let me know.

Had a lot of messages about whether price is negiotable and highest offer so far is £300 (bit less than expected - really think this has good potential) but will sell for this if no higher offers.

So what I'll do is set a new price of £450 until the end of tomorrow (Friday 4th Sept). If not sold by then will sell to this bidder.

I have not heard back from the bidder of £300 and I've been trying for nearly a week so I will put this back up for sale again.

There is a cap on amazon, which is GBP7.
