A couple of months ago the name was due to drop, I signed up for three drop-catching services, luckily Enom/Club Drop got it, then I won the ensuing auction with a bid of $4,200 (which works out at about £2,100).

Any thoughts what it'd be worth in the open market?

Hard to tell as I've redirected it straight to my site at speakfrench.co.uk and the stats don't show any distinction. However, there are still quite a few links and references to the old site kicking around, as you can see if you google "speakfrench.com".

I assume the domain will get a fair bit of type-in traffic from people wanting to learn french as it's a fairly obvious one to guess at.

Anyone prepared to take a stab at its value?
