Both recent catches, Southport is a popular coastal holiday town/resort near Liverpool with a population of 90K which swells considerably during the holiday season. You have no chance of getting the .co.uk/.uk unless you have pockets down to your ankles, this is the best alternative for the UK market. The hotel name compliments it nicely for holiday/other bookings, I'd do a nice discount if someone takes both names.
