SixPackShop.co.uk

Domain for a site selling weight loss/dieting supplements.

Opinions anyone? :p

First glance it seams catchy although doubtful a domainer would buy it, (no advantage as an affiliate etc) it’s more for an end user. The trouble is you need ones that see it the same way, has the finance to bring it to market, is looking to set up an online store, doesn’t have there own brand name or is willing to re-brand existing? An indicator is previous offers if you’ve had them then you might get a sale if not then I’d say chances are slim to none.

Personally I find with “ brand “ type names its register a multitude sell few so any sales needs cover the cost of the others automatically means xxxx bracket so before registering I’d take that into account that tends to cut out many if there not com ?

Hi namealot, and thanks for your feedback.

I agree with what you've said. Really only end user value and even there there are obstacles such as those you've mentioned. I also regged it as a possibility for myself. Used to sell supps and may one day get back into the game. Also sold some similar genre domains via here: Proteinpowders.co.uk etc

Protein powders is a better name :) but it also shows you difference’s in markets even Tld's and cctld's I’d assume America was a bigger market for that type of product but the .us is free to reg yes not as popular as com but still there cctld its why for some its only ever com ?

Yeah I've never regged a .us domain.
.uk.com is often available for domains. Quite pricey too and rarely see websites with this extension.

Most definitely catchy, and therefore developable. I actually read the word "shop" as in a place to go rather than a verb, and that made me think more about exercises than products. That may just be me. I agree that it likely would not sell on the reseller market Good luck!
