I am posting this on behalf of the current site owner. 
For Sale:
Domain Name AtlanticWaveRadio.com reg'd 2007, WPSite, Content, Streaming and 500 Royalty-free new music tracks.

No adsense revenue details: current owner was looking to monetize by selling ads/banners but is concentrating now on European streams.
The Atlantic Wave Radio story began back in 2004 and quickly became a 24 hour new music radio station and fairly shortly afterwards a second channel was launched AWR2 at a slightly lower bitrate for mobile users.
AWR currently consists of a huge listener-based website with 88 backlinks, and 2 shoutcast audio streams that broadcast the AWR1 and AWR2 radio stations worldwide.
The radio stations are currently included in the iTunes radio section as well as in the major radio directories around the world. The stations are listed on the vast majority of internet radio hardware players available on the market today and in the vast majority of software internet radio apps for mobile devices such as iPhone and Android.
In the last 30 days (sampled 31st June 2012) we have welcomed around 10,000 unique listeners to AWR 1 and AWR2 from over 136 countries worldwide.
Our playlist library consists of around 500 tracks of royalty free music, most of which was submitted to the station by new and upcoming musicians, we continue to frequently receive new submissions.

The AWR website received around 7 million hits in the last year and has plenty of space for advertising, etc. The website runs on Wordpress so is easy to manage.
There are mobile apps for iPhone and Android with various features on both platforms.

Notes:
iPhone and Android apps are subject to our contractors terms and conditions, there are ongoing charges, currently of £50 per year for provision of the apps, paid currently until the end of April 2013.
Shoutcast streams are not included, you will need to arrange your own streaming server or rent space from us on our servers, where the stations currently reside.
Offers start at £1000 please.
Ends Friday 24th August to allow for Questions etc, the BIN price is £2500.
