I've found a domain that isn't available in pretty much every extension except a .org.uk. The only issue is that I've a feeling that it's more than likely trademarked / will be trademarked very soon.

Is there anyone on here that can give me some advice, I don't mind PMing the domain in question to someone once you're a trusted member of the forum.

For future reference, you can search for registered trademarks on the ipo.gov.uk.
