Caught this on _co_uk this morning, 6,600 exacts and £3.24 estimated CPC, thoughts on a reseller price and an end user price would be appreciated, I don't know the sector at all.

I think it's one of those names where the number of "searches" is dramatically boosted by Google Suggest rather than by prior intent. In other words, people start to type "serviced apartments in London" (intent) but Google spits up "serviced apartments london" as a high-ranking suggestion before they finish typing so they click on that and boost the search count.

Still could bring traffic if developed well, but if my analysis is correct the name's at the mercy of changes in Google's suggestion algorithm as it doesn't represent a "natural" typein phrase.

There are more and more keyphrases these days that seem to be created wholesale from the "Google suggest" effect I'm describing above, btw...

I suppose that's the difference between a collection of keywords and a keyphrase, but at the same time if 'in' was a stopword, would it matter that much?
