Anyone used othello for hosting before? get good routing with them just wondered what the service was like?

Service as in customer service? I've used them in the past and their customer service is excellent. I actually cancelled a VPS I'd only ordered a fortnight before as it became surplus to my needs and they gave me a full refund that I wasn't expecting. I think they offer a no quibble money back thing for a trial period, but I'd double check they're still doing it.
