Just listed it on Sedo and they recommended putting it up for £10k

Hmmm must be a good one seeing as there is a high demand for Seo Tools

Have to think about this one may develop it

Good grief what sort of person pays that amount for a domain and then lets it drop. Nice find btw, but dont read to much into appraisal tools i had a domain that was valued at 10k on Sedo that sold for £50 on Domainlore. Maybe developing it is the way to go i think it would be very hard to make a decent living starting as a domainor in 2013/2014 just by selling domains.

I agree somewhat mate. It's great for a little hobby if you know what to look for but it's almost impossible in 2014 to make a business out of it from scratch.

Undeveloped, £xx-low £xxx imho.

A potential goldmine blog if developed though - trouble is that it's a very competitive area.
