Wanted: Domain Appraisal SEO Service Site

Hi Guys,

Link to the sale is below. Any ideas on this??? Early days on AdSense but I assumed £5.00 a day so the current figure is about right and hopefully will hover round that.

Could possibly bump that to £10 a day with a Clickbank product that is suitable which might be the way forward as obviously it increases value and the amount of potential buyers a great deal.

So it's a site now with AdSense + potential leads...traffic and rankings are constantly increasing as you'll see from the link.

Hard to give an appraisal without knowing the domain name and seeing the site.

But it seems you're doing well with it so far, if you can get it up to £10 a day and it's no work for you that's a nice passive income, not sure why you would want to sell

If you're selling it purely off it's earnings though I think you would need a least a few months of steady income to get a "good" price, I don't think anyone would pay too much much for potential.

As I said above though you seem to be seeing some positive returns so well done and good luck with it.

Yeah I'm struggling too I have an idea of what I think and a rough idea of what I'd let it go for, i guess that is the number Whether someone pays that, well I guess it doesn't matter, I can just set and forget at £4-10 a day otherwise.

Traffic is still going up 20%+ per month (for the last 6 months). Every week or so I have my best day for traffic and that has been the story for the last 6 months. I've had 3 all time bests in January alone and one was yesterday

The lead I mention is just proof that it's a real site really. I've had a handful of small leads, some £100-200 converted, a couple not converted, hardly worth mentioning though. The big lead I converted was £35k net.

BTW I want to move away from SEO & and start a project i've been dying to do for a few years now & the cash is much better off there/I'd rather it be there to make a real go of it (which ever you prefer )

Sorry - forgot to add. Don't really want to publicly release the domain name (to protect the future buyer etc) - hopefully that is allowed. Will happily send it to anyone that wants to have a browse or give feedback.

Forgot to say I've probably been a bit too honest compared to other listings I've seen. I've only stated my 1 main conversion. Of course, there have been the odd smaller leads (converted) and others (not converted) I just didn't feel they were worth mentioning.

Apart from some ad-hoc work which is hard to predict as it can be £0 or £4,000 a month I also have two leads that can generate £600-1000pm.

I'm discussing a potential leasing deal for the above which I'd not considered before, which could be interesting - keeping my options open etc
