why did the sale fall through ? not like Rob to ever back out of a sale etc, so is there something underlying with it ?

Spoke to Frank by msn, the site is really good and all fine. The seller didn't list VAT and offered me out of the deal. I was fine with it but had read it at £100 from title on my phone and not £280 so the vat was an issue then and we agreed to leave it.

The seller was graceful about it all and highly professional. The site is good and PR4 which isn't mentioned i dont think but not my niche so much.
