Ok, well for the past 2 months I have been looking to buy my first home. Been living in an apartment since I moved to Arizona in 1998. Me and my wife are TIRED of this cramped style. We seen many homes which we like but dont have the funds for down payment, upgrades etc.
So, as with anything if you dont have a hefty savings you must liqudate items. So thats what Im doing with this portion of my portfolio.
Listed in an Excel spreadsheet is my entire Godaddy domain portfolio as of now. Over 200 domains (242 to be exact) and I NEED CASH!
Found a great home today thats HUGE but will take some fixing up and i dont have the money. I am looking for VERY SERIOUS portfolio buyers to snatch up this nice group of names.
The list includes:
Domain name
Reg Date
Exp Date
Age of domain
Now most are goin to care about the traffic stats and rev they generate. Well some have steady flows while some just a few a week. Im looking at a range around med to high $xx,xxx for these names.
I belive to be honest and upfront as I have about 600 domains total I am trying to keep some for back (and they are not typed up LOL) as to keep some income flowing.
