SEDO - Process Clarification
I wish to purchase a domain on SEDO and the sellers 'price expectation' is $xxxx. I think this is a good price for the domain and am happy to pay it.
I understand that even if I offer the asking price, the seller is still given the option to send the domain to a public auction. (I think it's a bit underhand that SEDO hides this information away from buyers in the small print of their T&C - although I appreciate why they do it.)
I want to offer the seller the asking price with the condition that my offer is withdrawn if they choose to send the domain to a public auction.
So my question is...can I do this? (Or does SEDO legally require me to sit on my thumbs as a fall back position for the seller, in the event that nobody else is interested?)
Many thanks for any clarification.
Glenn
