Reading some messages on other forums I was alerted to a possible problem with keywords. I noticed that the keywords for some of my domains have been changed automatically by Sedo - e.g. orbitstudio.co.uk back to orbitstudio and uace.org.uk to uace rather than the original revenue generating keywords I entered. This has resulted in quite a bit of loss in revenue over my portfolio and is a particular nightmare since I don't know how many names this has happened for and now i've got to check through over a 1000 names.

Anybody else got a similar problem. I am assuming that Sedo will be generous in their compensation.

Stephen.

Hello,

Saturday morning (1.07.06) until sunday afternoon (2.07.06) some keywords at Sedo were unfortunately reset to the automatically chosen default keywords (rather than the user chosen optimized keyword).

Tech is working to find why exactly this occured, and has reversed the bug so that optimized keywords should be in use (instead of the default automatic keyword)

It is still uncertain to what extent and which members were affected by this bug, however compensation will be made for losses in revenue.

Once more information on this bug is known I will be posting an update.

Hi Bill

Any chance of an update on this - especially any information about compensation arrangements?

Thanks
Stephen.
