Sci Fi is big business - from Doctor Who, A Town Called Eureka, Terra Nova, The Walking Dead, favourites like Star Trek, Star Wars, Quantum Leap, The Matrix - lots and lots of things can be included and there are many ways to monetise in the area.
Needs some rejuvenation and a fresh pair of hands/eyes to bring this great forum back into the limelight. Perfect for a new forum owner or experienced forum admin to take on.
Still pulls healthy traffic (see below for stats - 2008 on only available due to server move).
Created back in 2003 so some age to the domain, has about 2K members, 5K posts and current UVs are around 60 a day. At its busiest the forum pulled 500-1000+ UVs per day and could easily again.
Forum runs from IPB (you'll need a licence and a copyright removal one too if needed - I have one available to sell separately). Easily converted to other forum software like vB, etc.
Google AdSense quickly placed on the forum around end 2006/early 2007 in just one place and has made around £100.
