Am looking to sell San-Jose.com.
San Jose is 10th largest city in US with a population of 900,000.
The only other sale I can find reported of a hyphenated city domain is New-York.info which sold for $22,000 (namebio).
I have had a few sample pages designed:

Yahoo seems to have picked up on the fact that I have developed two pages relating to nightlife as it is No.7 for San Jose Nightlife...
