There was an official statement released with guidelines on Royal Wedding Memorabilia, and as far as I rememeber permission has been given to use some appropriate trademarks.

There are many royal wedding domains out there, some of which are developed. As WB points out the statement states what it doesn't allow, which is some types of goods.
