Its also on domainlore so one would assume that domainlore's auction would get priority over any 3rd party offers on other sites if there was a winning bidder. ?

These posts don't really add anything, if the domain owner is letting you post that there has been an offer, surely it would be more beneficial to also state the price so any interested parties could make a better offer if they were interested.
