this fabulous news for me!!! the reason being that the gentleman concerned tried to buy a name from me on sedo. They put in a low bid but I had no idea it was a company, then i upped the price (doubled it just thought i'd take a chance)... then guess what! I get a nasty email threatening me that I had to hand over the domain name and if i didn't accpet their offe within two days the offer would halve... then i d didn't accpet the halved offer by the next two days they would start legal proceedings! Talk about a spoilt bratt! sulking because he couldn't get my doamin name.

Great news for me - this proves they are buying domains, any letting opr renting domainers beware of these people!!

im working on setting up a competitor site - which was my original intention... now who is scared?

relates to the following domains names:

StudentSpareroom (.co.uk) and UniSpareroom.co.uk

...although I was only asked for one of them, not both...which essentially means this individual just wanted one of the domains names and not the other - this goes against the principal of wanting all domains that contacin the genric term 'spare room' as he only wanted one...
