LOL, I like it, it would be very interesting to see some of the e-mails you might get! ;)

Link sent to my wife. Thank you.
- way to get a quick divorce. :D

Thanks mate - any comments regarding things to tweak or change?

Please help spread the word via tweet, facebook, email, post or smoke signal to your friends!

The first thing that jumped out is that you are using the US spelling ...

US: Aging
UK: Ageing

Also, you need to have a statement on the site to clearly state that you are an affiliate.

This is probably something small, but the image that's on the left moves all over the place when I zoom in on my iPhone to read the text.

Probably nothing to worry about but still.

thanks for the comments.

regarding spelling: that's on purpose - even though you are right about the UK spelling, it appears most in the UK when searching for such an item are actually using the US spelling. One of those cases where a specific spelling is becoming the norm vs the correct regional variation.

regarding the statement of an affiliate - the main site doesn't sell or offer anything so this doesn't apply. there are 3 pages linked at the bottom that are affiliate promo pages. Assuming you mean there needs to be some text etc to that effect displayed on those pages? Or on the entry link to those pages?

As I understand it, if you link to another site that you are an affiliate of, you need to have an "affiliate disclosure statement".

I'm getting emails from more and more affiliate programs asking me to put one on sites otherwise they may remove me from their program.

Don't know if it is legal or recommended best practice, but it's something that I'd look in to.

Sorry - it looks like a scam site - it's the kind of site that if i visited i would leave straight away. I wouldn't enter my details onto a site where I didn't know what i was signing up for!

thanks - will look into that and see what needs to be done legally.

no need to be sorry, i asked for feedback and all feedback helps :)
ultimately it is a joke site specially setup for april fools.

I don't really "get" the idea of having the static image on the left? It just doesn't really add anything, and makes the whole thing look a little bit less professional. The font spacing isn't particularly easy on the eye either (especially the list on the form).

The box that you put your email address in looks like a search box to me as well.

thanks for the feedback peter. trying to experiment with various designs across different sites and avoid having them all look and feel the same. basic theme was a minimalist approach with simple content on the right. it works better on the affiliate pages as the image is change to something more directly related to a product.
