renewing my domain with 123-reg, what hassell!

OK i just can't renew my domain with 123-reg, i had problems transferring it into my account which after 4 week is sorted now. And i'm trying to renew it, it expired on the 26th feb and now it in my account it wont let me renew :S i was able to renew my one domain by clicking the 25% off button, but it isn't happening for my domain which i really want/need to renew, is there a renewal link like most providers would have

Wait, do 123-re offer to transfer to another register for free? if so where do i go to do this, i need to do it fast as my domains running out of time.
