I am considering starting a new venture and would like to run my concept past someone with experience in the area. There may be an opportunity for the right person to do some work on the project on a self-employed basis.
I am in a position of having access to excellent candidates for positions at large organisations; what I would like advice on is how best to present these to the organisation (and get paid should they take up a job).
