Recommend a directory script or plugin

Looking to create a link directory, which will suit the domain quite well and should be easy to build three-way reciprocal links as a result.

So, to save me hunting around does anyone have any recommendations for either a good standalone directory script (PHP) or alternatively a plugin for WordPress?

I have used this in the past phplinkdirectory.com and been very happy with it.
