I was just reviewing my catches since the beginning of July, and between them the various catchers I work with (thanks, everyone!) have caught 56 out of the 108 names I was going for (names on my watch-list that ended up dropping and weren't renewed), i.e. 52% of all the names I was going for*.
That really emphasizes that there's strength in numbers: there's a lot of mileage to be gained by working with a wide range of public-facing drop catchers.
*Of course that's 52% by quantity rather than quality (the best names pretty much all went to one or other private catcher), but I'm perfectly happy with what I did get!
