Received an offer through Sedo. What do people feel would be a fair counter offer? Thank you!

It depends what figure you had in mind beforehand, and possibly what the opening offer was. I wouldn't want to make a suggestion only to find out it's less that the opening offer .

246k global vs 8.1k local. CPC fairly decent too. Very competitive though. I'd say high $xxx is good.
