You need to have a third "They're both as bad as each other" option, otherwise I don't think you're going to get many votes.

Hint: the UK does not use "real estate" to refer to property.

Not sure about this. But this is the fact as far as SEO concerns about is:

"uk real estate"
Search Volume is 40,500/mo & CPC is £.88

Also UK Real Estate brings approx. 123,000,000 results and if this domain name is managed well, I am sure it's on top of search engines by many key keywords.

Actually, search volume for "uk real estate" on Google UK's Keyword tool set to "Exact Match" (which is the only way that makes sense) is just 720.

And the number of results that show up against a search term has never been a valid way of measuring its popularity or unpopularity.

Finally, you didn't ask about ukrealestate.com but about ukrealestates.com which is even less relevant, and not an exact match of anything at all.

I totally agree with your point that number of results that show up against a search term has never been a valid way of measuring its popularity or unpopularity.

My main point is that this domain name consist of 3 keywords:
UK Real Estates

As keyword rich domain names plays a vital role in search engine rankings hence if managed properly this domain name can be on top of search engines by many key keywords.

You closed your poll so if I had to pick then UKrealestates but tbh trying to get that ranked for individual words will be quite hard.

Not sure how to open that poll. By individual word if you mean rankings by UK, Real or Estate. Then it's next to impossible... Jointly there are possibilities and a good SEO expert like me can manage things easily.
