I've had an offer on it - without saying what it is, what would you guys take for it...?

Apart from information and environmental uses, the name doesn't strike me as having major commercial use. Therefore, my gut feeling based on the stats you gave would be to accept nothing less than about £750 but I think you could get a bit more if lucky.
