I gather it's a pretty competitive area. I quite liked this one as it will hopefully do 'exactly what it says on the tin'.

Any thoughts on development etc. would be greatly appreciated.

This would be a "brandability" sale, as I don't think there would be much search traffic on that keyphrase (haven't checked). I could see a sale, just hope that someone else likes it. Car insurance obviously is very competitive, and if you've ever looked at the daily AdWords spend you'll know why.
