Question re site worth potential?

Hi people,

Thought I'd try to pick your brains, I've noticed 2 of my sites, that I don't pay much attention to have taken positions 1 and 3 within their keywords searches of google.co.uk. I'm a bit strapped of cash at the moment and was wondering if there are potential buyers in these or am I wasting my time?

The first one is falseeyelashes/org/uk - exact match of 49,500 searches per month (UK Google), just recently making approx £20 a week. Position: 1 for false eyelashes

Second spraytan/org/uk - exact match of 27,100 searches per month - don't think this has made anything yet. Position: 3 for spray tan.

Erm, are they worth anything I suppose the question is or is it just how much it is worth to a possible buyer. I'm certain I haven't monitized them well enough.

anything that can earn money organically is worth something my friend,try advertising the site on acorn and see if anyone would like it,if it is a honest site with natural traffic and not generated by ppc then people will always be interested,if you can prove the income and the stats there will not be a problem.

Thanks for the advice , put some more adsense on them to gain some extra pennies in the meantime.
