Basically, after winning the auction, I paid by paypal, then he demanded that I pay the £20 paypal fees.
I requested you to bear the fees which have been portrayed by you throughout the communication as a demand from my end
He directed me to DLs rules and said that I had to pay by paypal masspay. That's not what it says. He suggested that he could send me an invoice for the fees separately.
A invoice was requested for the entire transaction for the 3 names which was sent to you. There was NO suggestion from my end mentioning anything about a separate invoice for the fees. Since you are claiming that I suggested sending you another invoice for the fees, please feel free to post that part of the communication. If you want I can post all the emails between me and you which clearly shows nothing of this sort was even discussed, before this post.

He didn't want to pay the fees clearly so I said transfer the domains and if he wanted to refund the money I will resend as a personal payment once the refund has cleared.
You clearly mentioned that since you dont know me you will not send payments via masspay or as personal payment since you wouldnt be safe on the transaction in that case. To assure you all 3 names were immediately transferred to you. On receiving the names you sent me an email suggesting I refund the funds to you and that you will resend them back as a personal payment. There was no mention of a 30 day delay from your end to pay me the funds
He refunded but because PayPal originally pulled the funds from my account, that's where they're sending the funds, and I didn't know but it can take 30 days for the refund to happen (on paypal's site).
My communication with Deepak became ugly in the first few days and he said to me at one point "you act like you think i should be grateful" - I paid and my job was done now I'm trying to help you save money after you tried demanding I had to pay the fees. Also I'm listening to you demand that I pay sooner than the refund clears.
It became ugly when I was still using words like please, regards, thanks etc and you were using words like Narcissist, Disgusting, Low Life, Ungrateful, wheres I have not used abusive words against you even once.
Again if you want I will post all communications between me and you to show the community your actual face and that way you behave when things are not the way you want them to be
So that's where I'm at with this, along with still waiting for payPal to clear and Deepak threatening me with the Law, if i try to sell these domains (which I originally already paid for).
I have not threatened you with Law. All I have mentioned to you today morning was that since you have still not paid me for the names you cannot sell them on the forum and that you should refrain from selling them before you pay me and if you still choose to sell them without clearing my dues I will be forced to use the small claims court to recoup the funds for the sale from you. I think that's called securing ones rightful funds and not threatening someone
The bottom line still remains that because of my stupidity of requesting you to cover the fees you have called me all the names in your vocabulary and are still making me request you for the funds every week and are actively trying to sell names which you are yet to pay for
