Wanted: Service Q&A script (like Yahoo/Google answers)

I'm starting a big new project for which I will need a Q&A script like they have on Google / Yahoo answers... Questions categorised by topic etc.
Also need the ability to attach pics or links relevant to the question...

Any suggestions?
