Promotional staffing business for sale... quick sale, very cheap

I put this up for sale in the past but took it off the market after getting some more clients, but it's now up for sale again.

I have a promotional staffing business offering leafleters, samplers, demonstrators, models, mystery shoppers etc. to clients.

What's being offered for sale is the company name, domain, website (PR3, age 2004), staff database (5000+ and growing registered users, many with photo, email, address, mobile, home tel, etc...), also details of previous jobs and previous client contact info as well as info on quote requests sent out.

The gross profit margin for sending out a member of staff is between 35-50%.
In the past I've not had a massive amount of clients but those clients that I have done work for have brought in anywhere between £40,000+ to £120 per client. With most jobs bringing in around £1500.


This is a nice small business which has a massive amount of potential.

Reason for selling is that I now live in NY and cannot keep waking up at 4am to check that staff have arrived at events.

An example of a job I did recently was to send 6 promotional staff to a street event, the client was charged about £1250 I paid staff about £115 each (£690 total) which left a gross profit of £560.
Also this was only a 5 hour job. I just made calls to book the staff and sent out contracts I didn't need to be at this event.

This is still for sale. Am looking to sell before Christmas so am reducing the price.

Update since my last post: Earlier this month I had a client ask me to staff an event which brought in about £1800 with roughly £700 profit (that was for a one day afternoon event this month).

This is a reluctant sale - of a business with very low overheads and high profit margins - reasons mentioned above.
I will consider selling all or lowering the price and keeping a small stake.

Details of all previous clients, along with invoices and quote requests will be passed to any buyer.
