Problem with Sedo support

I have buyed a demain with sedo.com.
Steve contact me to inform the auth code for the transfer but the code was wrong.

I am tring to contact again Steve and the support true the web site but no answer from more of 24 hours.

It's normal is a so slow support ? there is some admin to help me to have a fast contact with sedo support ?

Today still no answer from Sedo support.
I wrote a ticket in the site, I tried to contact admin from this site but nothing.
 
This is my idea too but I am going serius worried is very strange that godaddy answer in 2, 3 hours and sedo don't answer now in two days.

you are a junior admin if you can report my case I will appreciate a lot
