Problem with domain?

Hi all,

Looking at a domain which has the following renewal date: 12-Aug-2007

From what i've read i thought this should've dropped 12th of November (90 days)? Currently it hasn't dropped and i'm wondering why not?

If anyone could help me with this please drop me a PM.

I don't think it's a particularly profitable/popular domain but it's one i've been looking at for a while.
