its no joke, already had ££££ offers on 4 names - the market needs educating, .org.uk's are going up and .co.uk will go up even more.
For example do you think you could buy wardrobes.co.uk - an item which every household in the UK has and needs and now orders online 'wardrobes' is a very big search term, so the .co.uk for 1k answer probably no. However could one achieve a decent or similar serp result with wardrobes.org.uk probably yes.. (In fact I probably will I don't really want to sell it..)
I realise prices seem high but most of the sectors these domains are in an ££££ figure is absolute peanuts, but the problem being this is not a place to expect the right kind of people to sharevision which I fully accept..

You have a valid point. However, I think it is businesses that need to be educated. Domainers know that development of prime keywords (both org.uk and me.uk ) bring good results.
At present, it is a near impossible task to sell an org.uk to an end user and me.uk isn't even worth mentioning even though both can produce results just as good as co.uk. Maybe not on google immediately, but on yahoo and bing they can and both bring reasonable revenue.
I think it is business that really needs to be educated and i think it will be another 5 years at least before they switch on and you realise the prices you are wanting now.
