_co_uk PR4 Website with 4,000 - 5,000 traffic

Hello,

I'm starting this thread to open up the sale of one of my websites. It's not exactly 'unloved', it's more mis-used and I can't currently give it the commitment for that final push.

Breakdown of the sites stats
- Pagerank 4 (186 pages)
- 4,000 to 5,000 monthly traffic
- URL is www.aquariumsandfishtanks.co.uk
- Ranked on Google page two for 'Fish Tanks' (22,000 exact search term)
- Ranked on Google page one for 'Cheap Fish Tanks' (2,400 exact search term)
- Assume no revenue stats since the site's current set up can't really be monetised
- Currently set up with a customised Wordpress theme

Suggestions to the new owner
Convert the website into either an affiliate shop or an ecommerce site. Further optimise the site to move it up from Google page two towards the top for 'Fish Tanks', which will bring in a further 10,000 traffic from the 22,000 searches it receives.

I'm not looking to squeeze the maximum price from this sale as I do need the cash from the sale quite quickly so I'm very flexible with the sale price.

Adsense is just under £20 since January. It could probably have done with more ads.
