many of the second words are new gtlds eg

.online
.digital
.builders
.exchange
etc

.crypto
.bitcoin
.coin
..x
.wallet
are blockchain new gtlds

hyphens only have any use in the uk as global domain name investors want .com (no hyphens)
or new gtlds which are global and dont need a .com or hyphen as the dot is the same as a hyphen
