Wanted: Domain Appraisal Plz check my list so I know that I'm in the right pass

I'm new in Acorndomains forum I really appreciate if you guys help me with some tips, I managed to sell my first domain in Domainlore but I'm still a newbie with young recklessness and limited financial resources so I have little room for mistake.

What do you think which is good in this list

Thanks to you both @dnauctions, @gimpydog for your comments also I get astonished that no one seems to like cataloging.co.uk or saleoff.co.uk

Cataloging --- Dictionary word with 3,596 Monthly Searches and average $ 1.66 CPC
SaleOff -- 2 short brandable words stands for the sale of an investment/business/goods with low cost also average 2,976 Monthly Searches.

I'm not trying to disagree with you but what am trying to do just open a discussion so I can evolve my way of thinking of domains as I'm not emotionally connected with domains I chose.

Always good to ask questions, its a healthy way to learn, but beware you will get some direct answers so don't take offence, many long time members here have answered these and other questions many times before.

Firstly, read through as many of the forums on here as you can, you will get to understand why these and millions of other domains are descriptive, but worthless at the same time. Don't worry i own heaps of theme as well, but i wont be renewing them,

Cataloging is just far too descriptive, and lets face it, 3596 monthly searches is not that much at all.

SaleOff, while it may have a #hastag on it at the moment, I just can't see anyone buying it and using it for anything. If your going to buy a domain for development, what would you use it for. If your buying it to sell to an end user, you have to ask the same question so you can pitch it right.

I couldn't do that with either of these or the other domains you listed. Others may disagree, but keep reading the forums and you will get a better feel for what sells and what doesn't.

marketupdates works if you can find a right end user.

No offence but i seriously doubt "cataloging" gets 4000 odd searches a month in the uk. Its just not a 'thing " Where did you get that from ?

No i mean worldwide searches i got these numbers from Estipot I don't believe it's appraisals value but its just quick way for me to check keyword domains average searches,CPC etc if you have better way for test keyword domains quickly please let me know also I checked google trend it seems it have some sort of searches for uk with average 500 monthly searches i think .

they just newly registered if you mean monthly searches yes in search engines , but direct visitors no
