mobile forum review sounds like reviewing forums that are mobile? What you wanted was mobilereviews? All the same, you want to review mobiles so create an article based site with comments out of wordpress or something.
Forums are for discussing or needing help - mobilehelpforum.co.uk which is actually still available!
