bestbalancetransfer .co.uk - Yes, credit card affiliate site specialising in credit card balance transfers. However, domain not that sought after IMO, £100 would be a good sale.
cheapestbalancetransfer .co.uk - Again, a little mileage in a credit card balance transfer site, not as good as the above domain.
cheapestbalancetransfer .com - As above.
highinterestisa .com - Yes, quite a good domain, some decent value in the domain itself here, guess at £400+
insuranceexcess .com - I doubt the keyphrase attracts that much search volume, stick an affiliate site on it and SEO it into longtail terms because I doubt a domain sale would make that much.
negativeequity .org.uk - I doubt there is a huge amount of search traffic on this term, it's a weak extension, I don't see huge value here, if you get any half decent offers sell it.
claimbacktax .com - Try and sell this to a tax consultancy, any sale over £350 would be good IMO.

A subsidiary question; I read somewhere that if you approach someone and actively market a domain to them (for example, emailing tax consultancies directly about the claimbacktax domain) then you can be considered to have registered the domain in bad faith, and so risk forfeiting it. Is this true? Is it best to market domains passively, therefore?

No, you are perfectly ok approaching potential buyers with generic domain names. The problem only arises when the domain in question is a trademark term and you then approach the buyer, e.g. you register sonymp3players.co.uk and then approach Sony. As I'm sure you're aware, claimbacktax is a totally generic term so you can approach who you like with it.
