"holidays" would have been better but I know this is a good keyword set from what I have seen in Overture results, especially this time of year.

SEO it properly on a site and you could make something out of it, as an undeveloped domain, little value IMO.

Being the "Devils Advocate" that I am, doesn't the above statement apply to about 97% of all domain names?

No, I said "litle value". I will say that I pulled 97% as a guestimate from my own experience.... but I would safely say it's in the 90's somewhere. The VAST majority of names registered are basically worthless undeveloped in my opinion.

but, almost any name can be made successful if the developer has strong SEO skills or has a lot of money to brand the name.
