My advice would be develop it as your over half way there.

1) Find new affiliates with pink cameras
2) Get buy barter links for your two keyword phrases

with that kind of domain you should be able to rank on the front page within a few months, if that.

With a large number of visitors and high revenue I certainly wouldn't let this go so cheap, but funds would come in handy for something at the moment.

The Uk searches for the term "pink digital cameras" last month are 3600 and 6,600 for pink digital camera

these are exact searches

but does show that your 85k is well off the mark

and thus the price your wanting is too high... imo that is

i would have to agree with max99x,you have the keyword at broad sweep and not exact which is as stated which is 3600 last month and 6,600 overall months,but it is still a very good search volume,all the best with your site."i must type faster" thanks scott.....

Okay yes I see this now - I was using the broad match not the exact match - so a market of around 10,000 per month.

A visually pleasing with target audience in mind professionally built website, with the Amazon feed programmed and built directly in (easy to update), a great .co.uk domain name with 10,000 'exact' searches per month based on the keyword......at low £x,xxx does still seem like a bargain to me

i would do, but i've got plenty of domains like that at the moment with basic sites on that I need to develop myself.

like Ebook Reader which gets a similar search amount, but higher product value, do need to get that site on the go really lol

Still looking to sell this website....as we've established (thanks guys ) there is a extremely targeted market of 10,000 uniques per month - without the obvious related type marketing.

An update on the above now shows the website (in less than a month) to have a second page placement on Google for 'Pink Digital Cameras' and a first page placement on Yahoo.

BIN now set at £1,850 - good domain, professional website, amazon built feed, search engine positions (already in short time frame) and number of exact searches per month.
