I would have put this in the Domain Appraisal section but I'm thinking about selling the site as a whole.
The domain is 7 years old in February and registered until Feb 2013.
The site ranks at no.3 in Google for the term "Pets for Sale" and gets around 100-150 visits a day.
From using Google's Keyword Tool, the term "Pets for Sale" gets 49,500 local searches (in the UK) a month so I'm sure if it got to no.1 or 2 in Google it would get a lot more hits.
Revenue wise it doesn't earn that much. I'm sure with the right direction this site could earn quite a lot, but I don't have time to work on it right now, and I guess I just wanted to see if it's worth anything as it currently is.
So far this year in adsense earnings it's made £64.24.
It also has an ebay affiliate shop on there which has made £54.94 so far this year.
I'm new to selling sites and valuing their worth, so any advice on whether the site is worth something and how much is greatly appreciated.
