I know people here will not like the hyphens, I tend to agree it is not brilliant but I know of sites that have been very big in more niche areas than this.

What do people think it is worth undeveloped?

I would be quite happy if I got £300 for it, but suspect more like £200?

Probably about right if you can find someone to buy it who wants to develop it fully (i.e. an end user). I think you would struggle to even get £100 from someone on this forum though, probably wouldn't sell.
