Yet again they get it wrong. I've only just noticed that i'm missing a domain from my control panel from 6 months ago! real quality service they offer.
 
try heartinternet.co.uk (no im not on commision)

them guys helped setup 123-Reg back in the good old days..
nice control panel, and a nice domain registration robot (email to reg a domain)
