Looks like someone at the urban dictionary can't spell "perineum". They're pronounced differently, with the stress on different syllables. And it also appears that, since I first registered Perennium.com, a French property management company has branded itself as Perenium.com (with one "N"). So the name has the right kind of resonance in at least 2 languages.
