Fraudulently offering no credit checks.
Fraudulently advertising a 98% approval rate.
Fraudulently claiming 15 minutes pay out.
No consumer credit license.
If anyone buys this they're risking massive fines and/or legal issues. Its unfair to post this for sale without disclosure of the illegal nature of the site. If people know and feel like chancing it, then fair enough.
