It has made £1500 over the last 4 months (detailed stats below)
It has plenty of room for growth as it also receives 2 - 4 phone calls a day that i dont answer but send to an automated answer service telling them to apply online. If you can answer the calls you can submit them online and get £50 for everyone that goes through. So you could seriously grow just by bothering to answer the calls. (i'll run the new owner through this easy process)

I'll transfer or arrange for the affiliate accounts to be set up in your name too

All traffic is natural (no ppc whatsoever)

i'll give the owner a couple of tricks to do to keep the natural traffic coming
